Delete your data

Want us to erase your data? You can arrange that here. You do not have to explain why.

This is a translation of the Dutch text. In case of any difference, the Dutch version prevails.

01What we delete

We erase all data we hold about you, such as your email address on the waitlist and messages you have sent us. Only data we are legally required to keep, we keep until that period has ended. We will let you know if that is the case.

02Your request

Your email program opens with the request filled in. You send it yourself, from the email address you want erased. That way we know for sure it comes from you.

Prefer to email yourself? Send a message to info@ambiva.nl with the subject ‘Request to delete personal data’.

03What happens next

  1. We confirm within a few days that we have received your request.
  2. Within one month your data is erased. Also at the parties that store it for us.
  3. You receive a final message that it has been done. After that we no longer have your email address.

04Just unsubscribe

Just want to stop receiving messages? Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email from us. You will then immediately be removed from the waitlist.

05Questions or a complaint

Read in the privacy policy what other rights you have. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
