01Definitions
- Ambiva, we, us: Ambiva, located at Mallegout 42, 3232 GB Brielle, the Netherlands.
- You, user: anyone who visits the website or signs up for the waitlist.
- Website: ambiva.nl and all pages under it.
- Waitlist: the list you can sign up for to be notified at launch.
- Products: the Ambiva app and book, once they are available.
02When these terms apply
These terms apply to every use of the website and the waitlist. By using the website or signing up, you agree to them. At launch, additional terms will apply to the products, covering among other things the price, payment and your right of withdrawal. You will see them before you buy anything.
03The waitlist
- Signing up is free and commits you to nothing. You are not buying anything.
- You only receive messages about the launch of Ambiva. You can unsubscribe at any time, with the link in every email or by emailing info@ambiva.nl.
- We do our best to release the app and the book as soon as possible, but we do not promise a date.
- If you are under 16, you sign up with permission from a parent or guardian.
04The content of the website
We make sure that what is on the website is correct and up to date. Even so, something may be incorrect or outdated. Figures we show, such as typical times per phase, are indications. We say so where they appear.
The information on the website and in our products is general. It is not legal, tax or financial advice tailored to your situation. If in doubt, ask an expert, such as an accountant, a lawyer or the business registry and tax authority in your country.
05How you use the website
You use the website in a normal way. You may not:
- hack or overload the website or bypass its security;
- provide false information or someone else’s email address;
- use the website for anything that breaks the law.
If you do, we may remove your sign-up.
06Intellectual property
The name Ambiva, the logo, the texts, the design and the illustrations on the website belong to us, or we are allowed to use them. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Sharing a link to the website is of course always fine. The photos come from Unsplash and fall under their licence.
07Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by relying on information on the website, or by the website being temporarily unavailable. Nor are we responsible for other people’s websites that we link to. This does not apply if we cause the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. If you are a consumer, you always keep the rights the law gives you.
08Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email info@ambiva.nl. We respond within 14 days. If that is not possible, we will let you know when you can expect an answer.
09Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve something together, a dispute can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you may also choose the court where you live.
10Changes
We may change these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If you are on the waitlist and something important changes, we will let you know.
